Long-running Belgian Metal Festival Alcatraz 2024 has announced their full lineup! Taking place August 9-11 with a pre-party with Tribute bands on the 8th! Headlined by Architects, Amon Amarth, and Opeth, other bands on the bill featured are Clutch, Cradle Of Filth, Hatebreed, Satyricon, Mayhem, Paradise Lost, Exodus, Watain, Dark Tranquility, Spiritbox, Korpiklaani, Jinjer, Life Of Agony, Armored Saint, Madball, Tnfofficial, Lord Of The Lost, Orden Ogan, Finntroll , Septicflesh, Orange Goblin, Soilthe, Benediction, Brant Bjork, Eclipse, Raven, Terrorizer, Misery Index, Heathen, Green Lung, Legion Of The Damned, Massacre, Monkey3, Cro-Mags, Truck Fighters, Bodysnatcher, Cripple Black Phoenix, Fen , The Casualties, Exumer, Skeletal Remains, Left To Die, Audrey Horne , Thronehammer, and many others are booked for the festival. Sick New World Festival 2024 Announces Stage Times, Draws Outrage From Fans

Following a huge debut in 2023 year, Sick New World kicks off this weekend to Las Vegas Festival Grounds, on April 27, 2024 with an enormous collection of the world’s biggest hard rock, alternative, and up and coming artists. Headlined by System Of A Down, Slipknot with Bring Me The Horizon, A Perfect Circle, Alice In Chains, Danny Elfman, Bad Omens, Sleep Token, Knocked Loose, and many more among the 65 total bands. The festival has released its stage times and fans who have purchased tickets are expressing outrage on social media with some selling their tickets and vowing not to go. Korn Books a Headline Tour with Direct Support from Gojira and Spiritbox

Following the announcement and sellout of their milestone 30th anniversary show in Los Angeles, two-time Grammy-award winning band Korn, has announced their 2024 run of shows across North America. The rock cultural icons will embark on the 25-date Live Nation produced tour featuring special guests, Grammy-nominated band Gojira and Canadian heavy metal group Spiritbox, beginning September 12 at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, FL. The tour will make stops in Toronto, ON; Chicago, IL; Phoenix, AZ; Houston, TX and more before wrapping up in St. Paul, MN at Xcel Energy Center on October 27. It only took a week, but Korn has sold out a soccer stadium Los Angeles. Korn will honor the 30th anniversary of their debut album a special one-off performance at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 5th, 2024. Metallica, Paramore, and Boygenius Sweep the Rock and Metal Grammy Awards for 2024

Metallica  Paramore, and Boygenius swept the major Metal, Rock, and Alternative music awards at the 66th annual Grammy Awards. Taking place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles all of the Rock Music awards are given earlier in the day and only televised on YouTube and not the main broadcast. In no surprise, Metallica won the only Metal Grammy award – “Best Metal Performance” for the song “72 Seasons” beating out other contenders Disturbed, Slipknot, Ghost (for their Iron Maiden cover), and Spiritbox! Robert Trujillo accepted for Metallica commenting “This is like family. When you’re making an album like this you’re jamming and collaborating and the spirit of 72 Seasons is the youth and creating music together.
