Laibach Streaming Marcel Dettmann Remix Of “Eurovision”

Laibach is streaming Marcel Dettmann’s remix of Laibach’s “Eurovision,” off of their forthcoming SPECTRE DIGITAL DELUXE ALBUM, out on March 31, 2015 via Mute, here. The deluxe version of 2014’s Spectre will feature the original album plus bonus tracks and SPECTREMIX, an album of remixes (also available separately on the same date).

As well as Marcel Dettmann, SPECTREMIX will feature mixes from labelmates Diamond Version (aka Olaf Bender and Carsten Nicolai), Sandwell District’s Function, longtime collaborator iTurk, Slovenian electro-pop band Torul, Scottish DJ and producer Alex Smoke, German DJ, producer, mastering engineer and co-founder of the Common Sense People event series, Konstantin Sibold and Slovenian producer, DJ and musician Gramatik.

Included in the European tour dates is a performance at Munich’s Residenztheater on April 11th, part of their collaboration with the award winning Swiss director Milo Rau for his latest production, The Dark Ages. The Dark Ages is the second part of Rau’s Europa trilogy, focusing on the dark history of a Europe in the process of unifying. Actors from Bosnia, Germany, Russia and Serbia tell their stories of displacement and homelessness, of departure and arrival, of dedication and despair.

Laibach have announced details of the Spectre Digital Deluxe Album out on March 31st, 2015 via Mute. The deluxe version of 2014’s Spectre will feature the original album plus bonus tracks and Spectremix, a remix album (also available separately on the same date).

Laibach are currently in the studio working on the original soundtrack for Iron Sky: The Coming Race, the follow up to the award winning film Iron Sky (Timo Vuorensola, 2012).
