Slipknot has announced the inaugural Italian edition of Knotfest. Joining the Iowa masked metallers on June 25, 2023 at Bologna Arena Parco Nord will be Architects, Amon Amarth, I Prevail, Lorna Shore, Nothing More and Destrage. General on-sale for Knotfest Italy begins at 10 a.m. CET on Wednesday, December 7. Tickets, information and VIP upgrades are available will be available via the link below.

When We Were Young Music Festival Cancels Day One of Their Festival Due to High Winds

The highly anticipated destination music festival aimed at Punks, elder Emos,  and millennials, When We Were Young Festival featuring My Chemical Romance, Paramore, and Avril Lavigne has been forced to cancel day one of their sold out event. The cancellation was announced at 10 AM PST, just an hour before gates were to open at Las Vegas Festival Grounds. due to high winds. Winds were forecasted for up to 30-40 MPH which increases the safety hazard for an outdoor stage. The fest is still expected to take place tomorrow and again next weekend; on October 29th, 2022.

ALBUM REVIEW: The Devil Wears Prada – Color Decay


 

Over the past sixteen years since their debut, Dear Love, The Devil Wears Prada has been one of the most consistent bands in metalcore releasing seven albums over the past decade and a half. It’s not unfounded to say the band has become one of the leading stalwarts of the subgenre. Color Decay (Solid State) is the band’s eighth album, and from the opening singles released earlier in the year, it was already clear that the band is continuing on their killer album streak.

I Prevail, when they revealed themselves to the world with their breakout Taylor Swift cover, could only be described as bursting onto the scene. Since then the post-hardcore group has become one of the most exciting bands out today. Smashing out more hits in two albums than some bands accomplish in their whole career. In their last release Trauma, the band delved into different external influences bringing rapping into their songwriting, will True Power carry on this trend?

Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival Music Performance Times Announced


Coming this summer, Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival, the annual Heavy Music, Tattoo, and food experience fest is coming back to the infamous Ohio State Reformatory In Mansfield, Ohio this July 15th-17th, 2022. The fest is headed up by Korn, Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Disturbed, Papa Roach, Falling in Reverse, Lamb of God, Three Days Grace, Seether, and tons of other bands! The fest also features more than 60 famous tattoo artists, an array of food options for the event, self-guided tours of the prison made famous in The Shawshank Redemption & “Escape From Blood Prison” Haunted House.
