Hip-Hop and Metal Legend Ice-T to Release His First Solo Rap Album in 20 Years

Hip-Hop, Metal, and Acting legend Ice-T of Body Count revealed on social media that his first solo Rap album in 20 years will be released soon. Dubbed Criminal Migraine, the album will feature 20 tracks and is in the mixing stage now. Ice shared an artwork tease in his post and called it “his best album ever.” Body Count is soon to tour, performing at some of the biggest Rock and Metal festivals in the world, along with headlining Sonic Temple, Camp Punksylvania, Rock Fest, Brutal Assault, and Aftershock. The band is still touring behind their last album, 2024’s Merciless (Century Media Records), which featured guest spots from George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher  (Cannibal Corpse), Joe Bad (Fit For An Autopsy), Howard Jones (Light The Torch, ex-Killswitch Engage), Max Cavalera (Cavalera, Soulfly, Go Ahead And Die), Will Putney (Fit For An Autopsy, END) and iconic Pink Floyd guitarist/vocalist David Gilmour. In addition to his prodigious film career, Ice-T has been on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit for 26 seasons of their 27 seasons. He joined the cast as Detective (later Sergeant) Odafin “Fin” Tutuola in Season 2, which aired in 2000. He holds the record for the longest-running male actor on a U.S. primetime. GWAR, Arch Enemy, Oppressor, Wormrot, Between The Buried And Me, Sacred Reich, Necrot, and Frozen Soul Booked for Milwaukee Metal Festival

Milwaukee Metal Festival has just welcomed even more bands to its 2025 bill, with Gwar, Arch Enemy, Oppressor, Wormrot, Between The Buried And Me, Sacred Reich, Necrot, and Frozen Soul joining the lineup. The festival will take place once again at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from May 16-18, 2025, with the pre-party kicking off on May 15, and more acts still to be added. Rotting Christ, Chimaira, Scour, Tesseract and Evil Dead Booked for Milwaukee Metal Festival

Milwaukee Metal Festival has just announced a new wave of bands for its 2025 edition. Taking place at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from May 16-18, with the pre-party kicking off on May 15, the event will now feature Rotting Christ, Chimaira, Scour, Tesseract and Evil Dead. As part of the festival’s 12 Days of Christmas campaign,  the festival will be revealed a new artist every day through this weekend. The full lineup will be unveiled just before the holidays.
