FESTIVAL REVIEW: Milwaukee Metal Fest 2024 Part 2 – Live at The Rave

The lineup for Saturday was stacked, in my opinion,  headliner Mr. Bungle left the Milwaukee crowd in awe. Mike Patton is such a great front man so I felt privileged to watch this man perform again.  San Francisco Thrash Metal legends Testament has one of the best performances I had ever seen them give in years. Long-running Belgian Metal Festival Alcatraz 2024 has announced their full lineup! Taking place August 9-11 with a pre-party with Tribute bands on the 8th! Headlined by Architects, Amon Amarth, and Opeth, other bands on the bill featured are Clutch, Cradle Of Filth, Hatebreed, Satyricon, Mayhem, Paradise Lost, Exodus, Watain, Dark Tranquility, Spiritbox, Korpiklaani, Jinjer, Life Of Agony, Armored Saint, Madball, Tnfofficial, Lord Of The Lost, Orden Ogan, Finntroll , Septicflesh, Orange Goblin, Soilthe, Benediction, Brant Bjork, Eclipse, Raven, Terrorizer, Misery Index, Heathen, Green Lung, Legion Of The Damned, Massacre, Monkey3, Cro-Mags, Truck Fighters, Bodysnatcher, Cripple Black Phoenix, Fen , The Casualties, Exumer, Skeletal Remains, Left To Die, Audrey Horne , Thronehammer, and many others are booked for the festival. The iconic midwestern, multi-day event is now les for the highly anticipated 2024 edition, with more TBA! The festival is now welcoming brings Municipal Waste, Autopsy, Terrorizer, Macabre, Nunslaughter, Gatecreeper, Skeletal Remains, Creeping Death, Upon Stone, Stabbing, Monochromatic Black, Deathray Vision, Backlash, Bewitcher, Morbikon, Dead By Wednesday, Engineered Society Project, Hatriot, and Time To Kill. In addition, the details for the pre-party on May 16 have also been revealed! The event is free to anyone who holds a 3-day pass for the festival and will be headlined by a special Jasta and Friends set, featuring Bobby Blitz, Zetro, Bobby Hambel and more. Hellsinki Metal Festival has announced their first bands for the 2024 event! The fest takes place on August 9th & 10th in Helsinki@! The first announcement includes Avantasia, Hammerfall, Kreator, Satyricon, Insomnium, Doro, Blackbraid and many more! Hellsinki Metal Festival, organized for the first time this year, found its own place on the Finnish festival grounds on the second weekend of August in 2023. More than 11,000 visitors were able to enjoy a bold and versatile lineup of performers, which also included several bands that rarely visit Finland.
