The band will soon embark on The Least Anticipated Album Tour across North America kicking off June 6th at The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park, MN. The tour will feature special guests The Story So Far and Four Year Strong, with Militarie Gun, Pain Of Truth, and Scowl appearing on select dates. When We Were Young Music Festival Cancels Day One of Their Festival Due to High Winds
The highly anticipated destination music festival aimed at Punks, elder Emos, and millennials, When We Were Young Festival featuring My Chemical Romance, Paramore, and Avril Lavigne has been forced to cancel day one of their sold out event. The cancellation was announced at 10 AM PST, just an hour before gates were to open at Las Vegas Festival Grounds. due to high winds. Winds were forecasted for up to 30-40 MPH which increases the safety hazard for an outdoor stage. The fest is still expected to take place tomorrow and again next weekend; on October 29th, 2022.

A Punk, Emo, and Metalcore kids dream, the lineup includes headliners My Chemical Romance and Paramore. Other bands on the bill include Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, The Linda Lindas, Alkaline Trio, Thursday, AFI, Meet Me @ The Altar, Avril Lavigne, Senses Fail, The Wonder Years, ADTR, Ice Nine Kills, Black Veil Brides, Motionless in White, Atreyu, Four Year Strong, Palaye Royale, Acceptance, Anberlin, Knocked Loose, Silverstein, Bright Eyes, Dance Gavin Dance and more are among the bands announced. Four Year Strong Shares Their Cover of “Bitter Sweet Symphony” by The Verve
Rockers band Four Year Strong have released their cover version of The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony.” The classic 1990s anthem interpolated The Rolling Stones “The Last Time’ and was based on a sample from the Andrew Loog Oldham orchestral cover of the track, resulting in a controversy. Four Year Strong will be touring the US this September on the Pure Noise Tour. The tour also features label mates State Champs, Real Friends, Just Friends and Bearings.Continue reading
Riot Fest 2021 Adds Patti Smith, Alkaline Trio, The Flaming Lips and More
Riot Fest has made the final weekend additions to the 2021 event, kicking off September 19th, 2021, which will be the fest’s first-ever Thursday Preview Party. Patti Smith and Her Band and Alkaline Trio will join Thursday night, with additional sets from Joyce Manor (performing their self-titled 2011 debut), WDRL, and Kristeen Young. As for Sunday, The Flaming Lips will return to Riot Fest on Sunday, bringing the fest-favorites back to Douglass Park on September 19 to replace Pixies. Sunday attendees will also get into the Thursday Preview Party for free, with a host of freshly-announced perks included. Tickets are on sale now at the link below.
COVID-19 Crowdfunding Campaign Launched to Support The Worcester Palladium and The Webster Theater
An Indiegogo campaign has been launched to support the employees of both The Worcester Palladium and Webster theatre, two venues in New England that have been hosts to thousands of metal, hardcore, and rock shows and countless other events for decades. Both venues are operated by Mass Concerts, and the fundraiser is to bring relief aid to their workers due to the cancellation from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Silverstein Announces Rescheduled North American Tour Dates, New Album Out Now!
Silverstein just released their killer new album A Beautiful Place To Drown, out now via UNFD. The band had booked a special 20th Anniversary tour, featuring three sets from the legendary band, with direct support from Four Year Strong, and I The Mighty. Now the band has rescheduled the tour dates that were canceled or postponed for July and August with continued support slots from Four Year Strong and I The Mighty.
