UPDATE: Joshua Nassaru Ward, The Drummer of Voraath Has Died – A GoFundMe Has Been Launched


Joshua Nassaru Ward, drummer for the up-and-coming Technical Death Metal band Voraath has died. He was just 37 years old. He was killed by a drunk driver, along with his fiance Zelena, and two other friends last night in North Carolina. He leaves behind a young son. UPDATE: A GoFundMe has been launched to help with funeral expenses. Josh was an incredible drummer and kind soul, who recently helped the band release their killer debut full-length album, Vol 1: The Hymn of the Hunters (Exitus Stratagem Records), after years of hard work. We got to meet Josh in person this summer at their tour stop in San Francisco with Casket Robbery and Gorgatron. RIP Josh.Continue reading

Voraath Share Single “Judas Blood and Vultures” with Music Video – Debut Album Coming Soon


Horror metallers, Voraath, have just dropped a new single and music video, titled “Judas Blood and Vultures.” It comes as part of the push for their debut album, due for release in 2024 via Exitus Stratagem Records. Earlier this year they revealed their new vocalist Chelsea Marrow (Visitant, The Monster Factory – Death Metal Choir for the video game DOOM Eternal “Siren Head.” Check out the new video below.
