British rock luminaries Asking Alexandria announce their return to the U.S. this spring on the headlining “All My Friends” North American tour in support of their most recent critically acclaimed album Where Do We Go From Here? The 27-date jaunt will stretch from April 12 in San Antonio, TX to May 18 in Tempe, AZ, and include a handful of stops at radio festivals along the way. Capulet Festival returns to Connecticut this summer for an even bigger event than ever before. Taking place at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park in Thompson, Connecticut July 1 and 2nd, the first features a ton of Metal, Metalcore, and post-Hardcore bands. Headlining the fest are Memphis May Fire and Norma Jean on night one, and All That Remains and Anberlin on night 2. ALBUM REVIEW: Memphis May Fire – Remade In Misery
With four years since the last album, metalcore lovers from the 2010s Warped Tour days have been eager to hear more from one of the community’s most prominent bands Memphis May Fire. After taking a more hard rock-leaning detour with their last record, Broken in 2018, the Texan four-piece are back to their post-hardcore roots with seventh album Remade In Misery (Rise Records). Giving a new taste of the sound that earned them most of their fans in their early years, Memphis puts in the same amount of heart we heard from them in the days of The Hollow and Challenger, but now with a newfound self-assurance and poise.
