Lorna Shore To Headline Stacked Lineup Featuring Cannibal Corpse, Kublai Khan Tx, The Black Dahlia Murder, and more. New England Metal & Hardcore Festival returns on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at The Palladium Outdoors in Worcester, MA. Also on the bill are Drain, Sanguisugabogg, Municipal Waste, Madball, Full of Hell, and more. Launched in 1999, NEMHF became a cornerstone of the metal and hardcore scenes, hosting legends like Megadeth, Lamb Of God, Meshuggah, and more. After a triumphant return in 2023, the festival is set to once again bring the heat with a lineup that includes Lorna Shore as the headliner, alongside Cannibal Corpse, Kublai Khan TX, The Black Dahlia Murder, and a rare, historic final performance from Bury Your Dead featuring their classic lineup, including Matt Bruso, Mark Costello, Brendan “Slim” MacDonald, and Aaron “Bubble” Patrick. Fit For An Autopsy Share a Live Video for “Lower Purpose” – On Tour Soon


Fit For An Autopsy have just dropped a live music video for their track, “Lower Purpose,” filmed and edited by Cameron Nunez. The original appears on their seventh album, The Nothing That Is, released last fall through Nuclear Blast Records. They also kick off a North American tour on April 8th, taking in 31 dates, including shows with Arch Enemy, Baest, and Thrown Into Exile, festival appearances, plus headline shows with Mugshot, Tracheotomy, and Gates To Hell. Louder Than Life 2025 Announces Full Lineup Slayer, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Avenged Sevenfold, Sleep Token, Breaking Benjamin, Deftones, Bad Omens, A Perfect Circle and More


Louder Than Life will be disturbing the peace in 2025 with one of the biggest and LOUDEST festivals in North America all year. Over 160 bands will perform on 6 stages September 18, 19, 20 & 21 at the Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY for the 11th edition of Louder Than Life. North Dakota death metallers, Maul, are about to kick off a huge series of North American live dates, spanning from February 06th in Austin, TX, through to May 18th at Milwaukee Metal Fest. These performances come in support of their latest album, In The Jaws Of Bereavement, out now on 20 Buck Spin records. Milwaukee Metal Festival has just welcomed even more bands to its 2025 bill, with Gwar, Arch Enemy, Oppressor, Wormrot, Between The Buried And Me, Sacred Reich, Necrot, and Frozen Soul joining the lineup. The festival will take place once again at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from May 16-18, 2025, with the pre-party kicking off on May 15, and more acts still to be added. Deadbody and Tribal Gaze Share Three New Tracks – Split Album Coming Soon



Modern death metal bands, Deadbody and Tribal Gaze, have paired up for a new split LP, due out November 15th via the record labels Closed Casket Activities and Maggot Stomp. With this announcement, each band has offered an early taste of the record. Deadbody have shared the seven-second war cry “D.E.A.D.B.O.D.Y.” and the comparatively expansive “Six Shots Saved.” Tribal Gaze have shared “Twitching On The Cross” and its accompanying music video. CONCERT REVIEW: Machine Head – Fear Factory – Orbit Culture – Gates To Hell Live at The Warfield


Kicking off 2024 with bang, we headed out to the first show of the year at legendary The Warfield! Hometown heroes Machine Head have not played the city in a few years, and joining them on this epic tour was Fear Factory who missed last year’s show in the city with Static-X. Joining them on this joint are current buzz band Orbit Culture who just got signed to Century Media Records, and Gates To Hell from Louisville opening This is a very strong bill top to bottom especially with two of the most dominant and enduring names in Metal from the nineties still at the top!Continue reading


Watch a Sock Puppet Version of Machine Head in a New Trailer for Their Upcoming “Slaughter The Martøur Nørth America 2024” with Fear Factory


Bay Area Thrash icons Machine Head have shared a new teaser trailer for their first leg of their “Slaughter The Martøur Nørth America 2024” tour, featuring sock puppet versions of the band. The hilarious clip touts a new song “Metal Is Fucking Awesome” that is then heard in the video. Forgoing their “An Evening With…” format for the first time in a decade, Machine Head will have LA’s cyber-metal masters Fear Factory, Sweden’s Orbit Culture, and Louisville, KY’s Gates To Hell. The run of dates kicks off in a few weeks on January 19th in San Francisco at The Warfield. The band continues to tour behind 2022’s ØF KINGDØM AND CRØWN, the Ghost Cult Album of the Year for 2022, as voted on by our staff.
