Chelsea Wolfe Shares a New Single and Video for “Cold” – New Album Coming Soon

Dark Folk ingénue Chelsea Wolfe recently revealed her new album The Dark will be released from Loma Vista Recordings on August 21st, 2026, with physical copies coming on September 18th. Pre-orders are live at the links below. Guests on The Dark include Nine Inch Nails guitarist Robin Finck, drummer Matt Chamberlain, and members of Kælan Mikla. Wolfe has now shared a video for the album’s third single, “Cold.” Magdalena Wosinska directed the clip. Watch it now!

Back in October of 2025, an announcement was made that Sick New World (SNW) would take place once again in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 25, 2026. A list of bands was part of the announcement, along with a new second festival in Fort Worth, Texas. Metal fans rejoiced after the unexpected cancellation the previous year, thus began six months of planning and activity for attendees. Continue reading
