Nu emo band, Morning In May, have just shared their brand new music video single, “A Master Class In Classless Acts.” It comes after the recent release of “Shania Pain (Man I Feel Like A Loser).” The band will also be supporting rock icons, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, in the US this August. Alternative rock band, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, have released their latest single, “Slipping Through (No Kings),” along with an animated music video. The track was written by lead vocalist, guitarist and founding member Ronnie Winter with producer and songwriter Matt Squire. Coming through the Better Noise Music record label, it will be included on a new album from the band, to be announced in the coming months. Watch the new video and find out more below.

Louder Than Life will be disturbing the peace in 2025 with one of the biggest and LOUDEST festivals in North America all year. Over 160 bands will perform on 6 stages September 18, 19, 20 & 21 at the Highland Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY for the 11th edition of Louder Than Life. Louder Than Life 2025 also marks the largest lineup in the history of producer Danny Wimmer Presents. In addition to the previously announced return of metal legends Slayer, the four-day destination event will also feature Rob Zombie in a global exclusive performance of Astro-Creep: 2000 in honor of the album’s 25th anniversary, plus Marilyn Manson on Thursday; Avenged Sevenfold, Sleep Token and Breaking Benjamin on Friday; Deftones, Bad Omens and A Perfect Circle on Saturday; and Bring Me The Horizon, $uicideboy$ and Evanescence on Sunday.Continue reading
Alternative rock act, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, have just signed to independent music label, Better Noise Music. They have also just released a re-recorded version of their ‘lost’ track, “Home Improvements,” and are at work on a new album, due out in Spring, 2025. The song was one of several originally recorded prior to their debut album, but didn’t make the cut, and only existed as a demos on YouTube. These, along with new material, will be released on their new full-length. Check out the new song and more below.

The highly anticipated destination music festival aimed at Punks, elder Emos, and millennials, When We Were Young Festival featuring My Chemical Romance, Paramore, and Avril Lavigne has been forced to cancel day one of their sold out event. The cancellation was announced at 10 AM PST, just an hour before gates were to open at Las Vegas Festival Grounds. due to high winds. Winds were forecasted for up to 30-40 MPH which increases the safety hazard for an outdoor stage. The fest is still expected to take place tomorrow and again next weekend; on October 29th, 2022.
Kraken Music Fest takes place at The Orlando Amphitheater in Orlando, Florida Saturday, February 19th, 2022 and features performances from The Used, Anberlin, Story Of The Year, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Evergreen Terrace, We’re Wolves, and The Dev. The fest has also announced set times for the day! As Florida’s first independent rock festival, Kraken Fest has quickly become a main event, with last year’s festival seeing thousands of fans in attendance supporting headliner Taking Back Sunday. Let’s take it way back to Warped Tour ca. 2004 as When We Were Young Festival has announced their 2022 lineup. A Punk, Emo, and Metalcore kids dream, the lineup includes headliners My Chemical Romance and Paramore. Other bands on the bill include Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, The Linda Lindas, Alkaline Trio, Thursday, AFI, Meet Me @ The Altar, Avril Lavigne, Senses Fail, The Wonder Years, ADTR, Ice Nine Kills, Black Veil Brides, Motionless in White, Atreyu, Four Year Strong, Palaye Royale, Acceptance, Anberlin, Knocked Loose, Silverstein, Bright Eyes, Dance Gavin Dance and more are among the bands announced. The festival will take place October 22 at Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tickets go on sale January 21. Check out the lineup and the ticket link below.
Last year’s inaugural Inkcarceration Fest in Ohio was a smash! The fest is back in 2019 and looks big with Shinedown, Godsmack, Five Finger Death Punch, +Live+, Taking Back Sunday, Seether, Skillet among the bands playing over three days in July 12th– 14th at the Historic Ohio State Reformatory.
