Moonlight Sorcery Booked for Fortress Festival
Finland’s symphonic black metallers, Moonlight Sorcery (Avantgarde Music records), have been announced for an exclusive appearance at the 2025 edition of Fortress Festival. Inferno Festival Canceled for 2021, Dates for 2022 Announced

Hellfest 2020 is Officially Canceled, 2021 Fest Announced
Crushing news for the summer festival season in Europe, as France’s legendary Hellfest, has been canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The festival announced today it was unable to host the festival, which takes place in Clisson, France, outside of Paris. Hellfest 2021 is already announced for next summer. Sad news as one of the greatest metal festivals in the world, and a favorite of Ghost Cult, Inferno Festival 2020, set to take place in Oslo, Norway has been totally canceled. The fest was to feature Kreator, Mayhem, Triumph of Death, Amorphis, Venom, Gorgoroth, Marduk, Ihsahn, Kampfar, and many more! According to a message from the festival, “all public events in Norway are banned until the end of April, and this period might be extended. The health authorities estimate 4-5 months.
