Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival Announces 2022 Onsite Entertainment and Unique Food Offerings

Coming this summer Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival, the annual Heavy Music, Tattoo, and food experience fest is coming back to the infamous Ohio State Reformatory In Mansfield, Ohio this July 15th-17th, 2022. The fest is headed up by Korn, Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Disturbed, Papa Roach, Falling in Reverse, Lamb of God, Three Days Grace, Seether, and tons of other bands! The fest also features more than 60 famous artists, self-guided tours of the prison made famous in The Shawshank Redemption & “Escape From Blood Prison” Haunted House. Hosted by SiriusXM’s Jose “Metal Ambassador” Mangin, Inkcarceration has now unveiled their onsite entertainment and a wide variety of food options for the event.

Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival has announced most of their 2022 lineup! Headlined by Korn, Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin and Evanescence and also featuring Lamb Of God, Papa Roach, Seether, Falling In Reverse, Three Days Grace, I Prevail, Black Label Society, Theory Of A Deadman, Black Veil Brides, Jelly Roll and more! Taking place July 15th – 17th, music fans will converge for three days of nonstop music, tattooing, haunted attractions, and more, all held on the historic grounds of the Ohio State Reformatory (made famous by the movie “The Shawshank Redemption”) located in Mansfield, Ohio.

Welcome to Rockville has announced their 2022 headliners for their return to the festival! Returning to a spring event schedule, the fest taking place at Daytona Motor Speedway from May 19th to 22nd will feature KISS, Korn, Guns N Roses, and Foo Fighters each night of the fest! Early bird tickets are on sale now! This years’s fest features headliners Metallica (twice) Slipknot, who performed last night to close the first the day and Disturbed with many other bands. Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Limp Bizkit, and More Confirmed for Blue Ridge Rock Festival

Quickly shaping up to be the biggest music festival in the USA this year, Blue Ridge Rock festival has announced their full line-up of 180 bands. Headlining the massive 4 day festival are  Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, and Limp Bizkit. There is a special club warm up show which includes headliner Ludacris, T-Pain, and Lil Jon. Also on tap: the Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow Revue, a vaudeville freak show of wonder by Hellzapoppin’s Ringleader and Producer, Mr. Bryce “The Govna” Graves. In addition, excitingly, the festival will be hosted by Steve-O (MTV’s Jackass); and special guest Lou Brutus (SiriusXM).  The fest takes place September 9th – 12th at Blue Ridge Amphitheater, a long-awaited large-scale concert venue in Southwest Virginia.  Tickets are on sale now at the link below and here is the full lineup:

Falling In Reverse Guitarist Derek Jones Has Died, Age 35

Sad news to report at this hour as we have learned that Falling in Reverse guitarist Derek Jones has died at the age of 35. No cause of death is available at this time. Derek’s passing was confirmed by FIR singer Ronnie Radke in ap ost on social media. Radke Tweeted the news of Jones’ passing, writing, “I’ll never forget when you picked me up from jail in your old tour van to start Falling in Reverse. Your spirit will be interwoven through the music I write forever. Rest in peace Derek Jones. My heart is broken.” The message was accompanied by four photos of the late guitarist, who formally joined the band in 2010 and has been featured on all four of Falling in Reverse’s albums. Falling in Reverse’s, most recent album, their fourth, Coming Home, came out in 2017. We send our sympathies out to Derek’s family, friends, and fans at this difficult time.Continue reading →

It comes as no surprise that this year’s Aftershock Festival was once again sold out. I mean, how could it not with big-name talents such as Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Blink-182, Lamb of God, Dropkick Murphys, Marilyn Manson, Bad Religion, Chevelle, and many others. And with the über-early announcement of next year’s headliner—Metallica, for those of you living under a rock—there’s no question that 2020’s Aftershock will sell out as well.
