The Melvins, who only recently announced a staggering number of U.S. tour dates for 2025, have slated a March trek across the Golden State, with the Los Angeles-based outfit playing six shows across California, dubbed the “Spring Break” Tour.Tickets for the newly announced dates are on-sale this Friday at 10 a.m. pacific time, with an artist pre-sale (code: SPRINGBREAK!) starting on Wednesday at 10 a.m. pacific. CNTS Book US Tour Dates – New Album “Thoughts And Prayers” Out Now

CNTS Share “Smart Mouth” Video and Announce New Album


CNTS – featuring guitarist/producer Mike Crain (Dead Cross, Retox, Festival of Dead Deer), drummer Kevin Avery (Retox, Planet B), and vocalist Matt Cronk (Qui) – have scheduled the release of their new album, Thoughts & Prayers. After a remarkable recovery from a car accident that resulted in the potentially permanent loss of Cronk’s voice, they are now ready to drop the record on March 29 via Ipecac Recordings. Brainiac, CNTS, Lung, Gay Witch Abortion, and Others Booked for Caterwaul Festival


The organizers of Caterwaul Festival, May 24-27th, Minneapolis, Minnesota, have just revealed the event’s first ten confirmed artists for 2024. In alphabetical order, the fest will feature Brainiac, CNTS, Ganser, Gaswar, Gay Witch Abortion, J. Robbins Band, Lung, Part Chimp, The Austerity Program, and Thrones. The full lineup, consisting of at least 30 additional artists, will be revealed in the coming weeks. Find out more below.

Mr. Bungle Are Working on Covers for their Reunion Shows


Mr. Bungle is gearing up for their reunion shows in February in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City. The band will perform their 1986 demo, The Raging Wrath Of The Easter Bunny in its entirety. It will mark the first time Mr. Bungle has performed in close to 20 years and the first time these songs have been played live in over 30 years. The band comprised of original Mr. Bungle members Trevor Dunn, Mike Patton, and Trey Spruance will be joined by Scott Ian (Anthrax, S.O.D.) and Dave Lombardo (Dead Cross, Slayer, Suicidal Tendencies) for the dates. Opening acts for the six shows will include Cattle Decapitation, Possessed, Hirax, the Melvins, Ho99o9, C*nts, and Spotlights,.The band posted to social media that they are working on cover songs for the show, and hopefully some other Mr. Bungle tracks will be played, since their final album, California, turned twenty years old in 2019. Once again, no further cities are being added to this mini-tour according to the bands’ spokesperson.Continue reading
