Sick New World Festival 2024 Announces Stage Times, Draws Outrage From Fans


Following a huge debut in 2023 year, Sick New World kicks off this weekend to Las Vegas Festival Grounds, on April 27, 2024 with an enormous collection of the world’s biggest hard rock, alternative, and up and coming artists. Headlined by System Of A Down, Slipknot with Bring Me The Horizon, A Perfect Circle, Alice In Chains, Danny Elfman, Bad Omens, Sleep Token, Knocked Loose, and many more among the 65 total bands. The festival has released its stage times and fans who have purchased tickets are expressing outrage on social media with some selling their tickets and vowing not to go. I Prevail, when they revealed themselves to the world with their breakout Taylor Swift cover, could only be described as bursting onto the scene. Since then the post-hardcore group has become one of the most exciting bands out today. Smashing out more hits in two albums than some bands accomplish in their whole career. In their last release Trauma, the band delved into different external influences bringing rapping into their songwriting, will True Power carry on this trend?

ALBUM REVIEW: Deaf Havana – The Present Is A Foreign Land


Musical progression and development has been a constant and key part of the story of Deaf Havana. From their post-hardcore beginnings, through flirtations with pop-punk, Americana and classic rock, more overt pop music, and indie, the other constant anchor has been the quality of the song-writing of James Veck-Gilodi. As time and tides have drifted by, and the bottoms of many a bottle have been pointed to the sky, Havana has become less of a “band” and more of a working name for a close duo.

Bring Me The Horizon  have released a new song called ‘Ludens’. The track is the latest offering from the upcoming “Death Stranding: Timefall (Original Music From The World Of Death Stranding)” soundtrack, featuring original music inspired by the upcoming PlayStation 4 (PS4) video game “Death Stranding”. Last month it was announced that RCA Records has partnered with Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) to release the soundtrack tomorrow (November 7). premiered on the Annie Mac show earlier today and is available widely now.

Bring Me The Horizon continues to do no wrong musically in 2019 as they have dropped a new single, a cover of the songwriter and singer formerly known as Antony Hegarty’s ‘Drone Bomb Me’, of as part of Spotify’s “Spotify Singles” series. “Spotify Singles” was launched in 2016 and features artists recording at least two live songs — an original and a cover — for release exclusively on Spotify. As the name suggests, the “Spotify Singles” concept channels back the good old days of vinyl and CD singles.
