Rezn Share a Single and Video for “Chasm” and Announce New Album



Chicago-based Rezn have just announced the release of their new album, Burden, due out June 14th, via their new label Sargent House. Inter Arma Share a Music Video for “Concrete Cliffs” – New Album Out Soon



Borderline psychedelic sludge metal brigade, Inter Arma, have unveiled a new music video for their track, “Concrete Cliffs.” The song is taken from their upcoming album, New Heaven, which is due out April 26th via Relapse Records. The band will be playing the new long-player in full at this year’s Roadburn Festival in Tilburg, Netherlands, before a North American tour later in the year with Pallbearer. Arctangent Festival is closing in on a sellout for their comeback festival later this month. The fest has now added new acts such as Scalping, Famyne, Outlander, Sergeant Thunderhoof, Cryptic Shift, Ogives Big Band, to the weekend. The fest already features headliners Opeth, Cult of Luna, and TesseracT as headliners, and has now added the updated festival map and clashfinder for fans to make use of!

ALBUM REVIEW: Molder – Engrossed in Decay 


 

Molder ticks off a lot of my sonic checkmarks, but something isn’t quite right here. If Engrossed in Decay (Prosthetic Records) were a dish in its ingredients section you’d read that it contains Autopsy, early Death, Slayer, and a hint of vintage Carcass. Seems like a pretty appetizing meal, right? And there are several moments to sink your teeth into, but overall, I was left unsatisfied. I’ll still recommend the eatery, no doubt, but here’s to hoping that the next entre hits the spot.
