Arctangent Festival is closing in on a sellout for their comeback festival later this month. The fest has now added new acts such as Scalping, Famyne, Outlander, Sergeant Thunderhoof, Cryptic Shift, Ogives Big Band, to the weekend. The fest already features headliners Opeth, Cult of Luna, and TesseracT as headliners, and has now added the updated festival map and clashfinder for fans to make use of!

Lustmord will release a new album of collaborative reinterpretations from some of the greatest musical artists in the world. Lustmord & various artists – The Others [Lustmord Deconstructed] will release on, April 1st 2022 via The Ocean’s Pelagic Records. This is a reimiaging of Lustmord’s seminal release Other, and The Ocean and Lustmord have dropped “Primal [State Of Being]” which you can check out now!
Roadburn 2022 has today announced another 17 artists for the 2022 edition of the festival, which will take place between April 21-24 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Among the bands booked now includes Slift +Etienne Jaumet, Die Wilde Jagd, Five The Hierophant, Hangman’s Chair, Årabrot, Huntsman, Lustmord and many more. Legendary avant-garde band Årabrot has shared a cinematic video from their upcoming new album today for “Kinks Of The Heart.” The epic 2xLP album Norwegian Gothic, is due out in April on Pelagic Records. For over eight years, Dana Schechter and Ashley Spungin created heavy, eerie soundscapes as Brooklyn-based duo Insect Ark. When this fragmented last year, with a new album and US tour in the pipeline, leading force Schechter found herself in a tight corner until a serendipitous union with former SubRosa drummer Andy Patterson enabled the renewed probability of both. Avant-garde Metal legends Mono will invade London this December to celebrate the band’s 20th anniversary. The band will curate the “Beyond The Past” event, headline the Barbican in London on 14th December with an orchestra and they’ll be joined by specials guests Alcest. As part of the anniversary, they are also curating two other shows that weekend with Boris, envy, Arabrot, and Svalbard playing Oval Space on the 13th and then a matinee show on the 14th featuring Nordic Giants, Jo Quail, A.A Williams, and Floating Spectrum at the Underground.
