Ghost Cult’s Keefy caught up with Buzz Osborne of Melvins fame to discuss his new solo album Gift of Sacrifice (Ipecac Recordings) due out on August 14th, 2020. We talked to Buzz about the follow up to his solo debut, This Machine Kills Artists (2014), working with Trevor Dunn who collaborated on the album, the different approach to this new solo album, his upcoming book of photography, his golf game,  the coronavirus and not being able to tour for the first time in 30 years, and some other things he is working on right now. Melvins To Release Vinyl Reissues for “Houdini”, “Stoner Witch” and “Stag”

The always busy and ever-evolving Melvins will reissue some of their classic early 1990s albums such as Houdini, Stoner Witch, and Stag via the always awesome MusicOnVinyl label. All three will arrive on silver vinyl on July 5th, and be limited editions each. Having previously had huge sellout hits with Helmet, Pink Floyd, and Alice In Chains already in the pipeline is at it again! They will release a Black Sabbath tribute, Vol 4 in 2020.
