While we wait for Slipknot to announce their new drummer featuring the drama of the firing of Jay Weinberg, we now know one person who it will not be. After teasing that it might be him, drummer Jeramie Kling, who recently left his role with Venom, Inc. the same day as the Weinberg was fired is officially out of running, this according to a public statement on social media by Corey Taylor. Risks that led to the reward of a major label deal and a hugely successful career built on a foundation of unpredictability.
