Psycho Las Vegas 2020 Canceled, Festival Set to Return in 2021

Psycho Las Vegas has shared the bad news that they have canceled the 2020 festival that was set for August due to ot the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Psycho Las Vegas 2021 has been scheduled to August 19-22, 2021. “Nearly all the bands” have agreed to return for the 2021st dates. Exhorder Parts Ways with Founding Guitarist Vinnie LaBella

Exhorder, enjoying a rejuvenated spirit and output as a band in recent years, has parted ways with founding guitarist Vinnie LaBella. The band issued a statement saying that they will fulfill their “touring and recording obligations for 2020 and beyond.” LaBella posted a message that seems to cast doubt on the mutual part, but that is yet to be confirmed, beyond a vague message. Exhorder released their new album, Mourn The Southern Skies, last September via Nuclear Blast Records. Singer Kyle Thomas is now the sole remaining founding member of the band. The rest of the current lineup is rounded out by Jason Viebrooks (HEATHEN) on bass, Marzi Montazeri (Ex-Superjoint Ritual, Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals) on guitar and Sasha Horn (Forbidden) on drums. They will undertake the new Wings Over The USA’ tour soon, featuring Overkill and Hydraform as well. Continue reading →


Overkill Books 2020 Tour Dates with Exhorder and Hydroform

Thrash Metal legends Overkill have booked The Wings Over USA 2020 tour. The tour features labelmates Exhorder and also Hydroform. The 17-date tour will make stops in Anaheim, Las Vegas, New Orleans and Atlanta before concluding in New Jersey. The final date will welcome M.O.D. featuring Billy Milano and Demolition Hammer. Tickets for the tour are available for purchase this Friday, December 20 at 10AM local time. Overkill will be touring in support of The Wings Of War which was recorded at Gear Recording Studio in New Jersey, SKH Studio in Florida, Shorefire Studio and Jrod Productions with engineering handled by DD Verni and Dave Linsk. The album was produced by the band while Chris “Zeuss” Harris handled the mixing and mastering. Travis Smith (Nevermore, Opeth, Soilwork, Death) created the artwork.Continue reading →
