Cattle Decapitation Shares New Album Teaser and Details


Confirming the news of last week, Cattle Decapitation has announced their new album, Death Atlas will release via Metal Blade Records on November 29th. Produced at Denver’s Flatline Audio with their frequent collaborator producer Dave Otero, he commented “I am completely exhausted but incredibly proud of the album we put together. I can assure you that no corners were cut, no details were overlooked, and that hard work was poured into every second of the record from start to finish. I can’t wait to share it with the world.” Watch the album teaser trailer below. The band will perform new songs on the 2019 Summer Slaughter tour, kicking off next week. Immortal Bird – Thrive on Neglect


Thirty-seven minutes of dark passion. That’s what we get with the second album, Thrive on Neglect from Chicago troop, Immortal Bird. The production was handled by Dave Otero (Allegaeon, Archspire, Cattle Decapitation, Khemmis) at Flatline Audio in Colorado. Immaculately produced, the album sounds great in headphones or full on with speakers.

Cattle Decapitation Completes New Album


In a post to Instagram by frontman Travis Ryan, Cattle Decapitation has concluded the production of their new album. The record is due later in 2019 or early in 2020 via Metal Blade Records and was recorded by their frequent collaborator, David Otero at Westminster Studios in Denver, Colorado. It will be their first new full-length album since 2015’s incredible Anthropocene Extinction. The album is also their first with new bassist Oliver Pinnard, also of Cryptopsy. We’re looking forward to the new album since the band is one of the leading lights of Death Metal genre today. Khemmis Release Debut Album, Announce Tour Dates

Denver, Colorado Melodic Doom dealers Khemmis released their debut album, Absolution, today via 20 Buck Spin. The quartet recorded the album with famed producer Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Nightbringer) at Flatline Audio in Denver.

Absolution features six tracks of moving and meticulously crafted music, calling up sonic similarities to Pallbearer, Graves at Sea, and the hypnotic hum of Sleep.

The album is available for digital download through the Khemmis BandCamp.com page; it can also be picked up via the 20 Buck Spin Website at www.20BuckSpin.com.

Khemmis will also head out on a West Coast tour supporting the new album, taking on cities from Denver to Seattle, along with special guests.
