Adam Jones of Tool Shares Previously Unreleased VIP Event – Music Clinic Footage


 

In 2018, leading up to the release of 2019’s record-breaking Fear Inoculum album, Tool would perform a series of VIP sessions as clinics where the band performed live, did a Q & A, and “teaches” attendees how to perform some of their “hits!” They also used the opportunity to tease snippets of new music as fans were not allowed in with their phones. Guitarist Adam Jones has shared footage on his popular Instagram account of himself, drummer Danny Carey and bassist Justin Chancellor performing one of these clinics, filmed side stage by AEW ring announcer, Justin Roberts. Tool has just released their first ever collectable statue, based on the artwork of 10,000 days, and been announced as a headline band for next spring’s Welcome to Rockville 2023. Watch it now!

Watch Puscifer’s Agent Dick Merkin Unbox the Tool “10,000 Days” Collectable Statue by Alex Grey


Tool has released their 10,000 Days album artwork-themed collectable statue. Their very first collectable statue ever from the band, it is made with their frequent album art collaborator Alex Grey (https://www.cosm.org). It will be available beginning today, December 16th, 2022. Tool has just been announced as a headliner for next spring’s Welcome to Rockville festvial. Other than releasing pricey vinyl collections, Tool has been quiet since the end of their Fear Inoculum World Tour earlier this year. In a recent interview with YouTuber Rick Beato, frontman Maynard James Keenan laid out the next year of activity for one of his bands – Puscifer, who has been super busy with live streams, and new live-in-the-studio albums coming soon. ALBUM REVIEW: Soen – Atlantis


 

It is hard to believe that the Swedish supergroup, Soen, has only been making music together for ten years. Their first full-length, Cognitive procured high praise for its progressive proficiency and emotional maturity. They have stood out for their Tool-like compelling intensity and wide range of sentiment. They have remarkably managed to expand on these ripened abilities with each album they release. Now this quintet is getting ready to celebrate their tin anniversary by releasing a concert film of their classic numbers and a cover with live orchestral accompaniment.
