“Hurricane” Nita Strauss Officially Joins Demi Lovato’s Touring Band

Just days after stepping down from her eight-year stint as one of the guitarists in Alice Cooper’s touring band, Nita Strauss has officially joined pop star Demi Lovato’s touring band. Lovato will release her Punk Rock-styled album Holy Fvck on August 19th via Island Records, which Stauss did not perform on. Lovato dropped her first single and video for the rocking and fun track “Substance” the other day, and Strauss joined the band to perform for the first time Live on Jimmy Kimmel, in which Demi also played guitar. Demi has repped Punk, Metalcore, Deathcore, and Death Metal for years and years as a fan and also in her first musical projects. Continue reading →
