L7 have announced the passing of their beloved bandmate, friend, and fellow troublemaker, Jennifer Finch. She had been fighting an aggressive form of brain cancer with characteristic courage. The world of rock and roll is diminished today. We love you, Jennifer.

L7 posted on Instagram today: “With a very heavy heart we announce that our beloved bandmate, friend, and fellow troublemaker Jennifer Finch has passed away today. L7 Bassist Jennifer Finch Has Been Diagnosed with an Aggressive Form of Brain Cancer – GoFundMe Launched

 Jennifer Finch, bassist for the California Punk legends L7, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer. Following multiple surgeries, she needs extensive medical care and will not join the band on their upcoming “The Last Hurrah Tour.” The group has launched a GoFundMe to help cover expenses. Jennifer is a punk rock icon for her work in L7, other musical acts, and as a photographer. We were honored to catch L7 several times the last few years, including 2024’s No Values Festival. Korn will headline Australia’s traveling touring festival Good Things 2024. The festival is set to take place over three dates later this year in December in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
