BottleRock Napa Valley Announces Daily Lineup, Single Day Tickets On-Sale News

BottleRock Napa Valley, presented by JaM Cellars, has announced the 2022 festival daily lineup and release of single-day tickets. The three-day music, wine, craft brew and culinary festival will take place in the heart of the City of Napa at the Napa Valley Expo on May 27-29, 2022. All 3-day festival tickets have sold out. Single-Day tickets will be available Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. PST.  Headlined by Metallica, P!nk, Twenty One Pilots and Luke Combs to  this event will totally sell out soon. Welcome to Rockville had previously announced their 2022 headliners of Guns N’ Roses, Foo Fighters, Kiss, and Korn during the 2021 event, and now they have revealed the entire lineup! Those iconic bands will be joined by Jane’s Addiction, Papa Roach, Rise Against, Halestorm, In This Moment, Seether, Bush and many more. The poster and daily lineups can be seen below! Roadburn 2022 Adds Lingua Ignota, Emma Ruth Rundle, 40 Watt Sun, Mizmor and More!

Roadburn 2022 has announced a massive wave of essential artists added to the line-up! Lingua Ignota, Emma Ruth Rundle, 40 Watt Sun, Mizmor and many more now  join the festival! These bands join the previously announced acts Ulver, Sólstafir, Alcest, Backxwash, Russian Circles, artist in residence – Full of Hell and many others. Roadburn Festival will take place between April 21-24 in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Tickets for Roadburn 2022 are on sale now. Friday and Saturday day tickets are sold out. Thursday and Sunday day tickets, 3-day and 4-day tickets remain in limited numbers.

Desertfest NYC Returns in 2022

After their smasdhing debut, Desertfest NYC returns to New York City for three days of stoner doom bands, plus a pre-party at St. Vitus Bar. The former main venue of The Well has closed during the pandemic and the new venue will be The Knockdown Center. The fest takes place from May 13th – May 15th 2022, and band reveals and ticket on sales are coming this November.

Slipknot Books Nightwish, Bring Me The Horizon and Arch Enemy for Knotfest Finland

Slipknot has announced they will headline the debut of Knotfest Finland, set to take place August 12-13, 2022 in Turku. Finland. Also scheduled to appear at the event are Nightwish, Bring Me The Horizon and Arch Enemy, along with Stam1na and Blind Channel. The two-day Knotfest evolved from a Slipknot headlining concert initially scheduled to take place in Turku in August 2021. In the wake of ongoing restrictions with regards to international travel during the era of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the gig was postponed to August 2022 and ultimately evolved into a complete Knotfest experience. Slipknot has exp[anded their original festivals to an international affair with Knotfest Brasil, Knotfest Chile, Knotfest Japan, Knotfest Mexico, Knotfest UK, and Knotfest Meets Hellfest. in France.

FESTIVAL REVIEW: BottleRock Napa – Napa Valley California

What is the best festival experience you’ve ever had? This could mean a lot of things to a lot of people and I have had a lot of festivals under my belt as a reviewer and a fan to pull from. However, you have to just stand back in awe when a festival gets almost everything right and exceeds every potential expectation. This has happened to me one other time – at  Roadburn. Having just moved to Northern California this year BottleRock Napa was definitely on my radar. When I arrived at the festival for the first day little did I know what it had in store for me.

Bonnaroo Festival 2021 Cancels Following Flooding and Heavy Rains from Hurricane Ida

Tough news for the annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee, as they have been forced to cancel this year’s event, citing flooding from heavy rains. Last year’s event was canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic. The festival had already lost some featured performers such as Lana Del Ray, Janelle Monáe, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, due to pandemic fears, but has set to host a lineup that still boasted Foo Fighters,  Lizzo, Run The Jewels, Primus, Mastodon, Remiwolf, Tyler The Creator, Deadmaus Uncle Acid And the Deadbeats and many more. The festival, which was to celebrate 20 years this year, was canceled in 2020 due to the pandemic and originally, they were not going to allow fans to roll their tickets over to a second year in 2022. Bloodstock Open Air (BOA) 2021 here! The festival kicks off today after much planning with sdafety and security in mind, considering the current state of the world. With weekend passes selling out, there might still be a few day tickets left, but check in advance before heading there. Starting today, August 11th -15th at Catton Park, the main stage headliners are Devin Townsend (Friday), Kreator (Saturday), and Judas Priest (Sunday).
