David Vincent Premiere “Drinkin’ With The Devil” Video


As the legendary voice of the genre defining extreme metal purveyors Morbid Angel, David Vincent‘s unapologetic rebel approach has been a force in the music world since the mid 1980’s. Inspired by his Hill Country surroundings and ‘Lone Star’ culture following his relocation to Austin, Texas in 2014, Vincent took a big step “out of the box” to a dirty, organic Texas Country Outlaw style reminiscent of the original country outlaw performers of the 1970’s. His Outlaw Country single, “Drinkin’ With The Devil”, made its debut at SXSW in March 2017 and released on limited- edition 7″ vinyl through Chicken Ranch Records. If you’re a fan of metal music, there’s a big chance you’re also a fan of all things horror. Just released from 3 Wolves is the motion comic version of the Realm of the Damned comic book series, and it’s a Black Metal delight. Written by Alec Worley, who’s done a huge amount of work with UK publisher 2000 A.D., Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on Nickelodeon, and Star Wars. Trailer: And Justice For Art Book Preview

A video preview of …And Justice For Art book, written by author Ramon ‘Oscuro’ Martis and co-publisher Dark Canvas, is streaming below. The book is officially available on April 15, 2015.

Martos spent more than three years researching and interviewing more than 100 established and underground Metal bands for the book as well as renowned visual artists like Travis Smith, Eliran Kantor, Paul Raymond Gregory, Arik Roper, and Joe Petagno, among others.

The book’s forword was written by Morbid Angel’s David Vincent. It features more than 400 graphics (some of them never seen before) and 264 glossy, color pages. It was printed thanks to a successful Indiegogo crowd-funding campaign that Martos launched last year raising 236% of its original goal. And Justice For Art is also scheduled to be one of the main attractions of the Rock & Metal Gallery at the UK’s famous Bloodstock Open Air in August 2015.
