Luxury Skin is the alter-ego of New York-based artist Juliet E. Gordon, who has contributed to many releases over the years. I’ll Get You Out of Here, Baby (Self-Released) is the second album under the Luxury Skin moniker, following 2023’s It’s All Over. Martin Bisi is a stalwart music producer who has worked with the likes of Swans, Brian Eno, White Zombie, and Sonic Youth. Dancing On The Power Lines (Black Freighter Records) is his eighth solo record. Bisi handles vocals, and guitar, as well as the mixing. Garage Glamour (Pravda Records) is the seventh album from Chicago’s The Claudettes. Led by pianist Johnny Iguana, the band has existed with an ever-changing lineup since 2010.
