Tool, Bring Me The Horizon, Candlemass, Death Angel, Killswitch Engage, I Prevail and Rival Sons Nominated for The 62rd Grammy Awards


The Grammy Awards announced their nominees for 2020’s award ceremony, the 62nd edition. Among the nominees across the rock and metal categories are Tool, Bring Me The Horizon, Candlemass (featuring Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath), Death Angel, Killswitch Engage, I Prevail, Rival Sons, Cage The Elephant, Karen O, Bon Iver, Gary Clark Junior and more! You can see all the categories and nominees below. Tool has actually won multiple Grammy awards while Death Angel has never been nominated. Bring Me The Horizon has been nominated for their album Amo (Columbia Records). In the more popular categories, pop sensation Billie Eilish was nominated across all the major categories, a rare feat for a teenager. Bring Me The Horizon Shares New Single – “Ludens”


Bring Me The Horizon  have released a new song called ‘Ludens’. The track is the latest offering from the upcoming “Death Stranding: Timefall (Original Music From The World Of Death Stranding)” soundtrack, featuring original music inspired by the upcoming PlayStation 4 (PS4) video game “Death Stranding”. Last month it was announced that RCA Records has partnered with Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) to release the soundtrack tomorrow (November 7). premiered on the Annie Mac show earlier today and is available widely now.

FESTIVAL REVIEW: Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Staind, and More Rule Aftershock 2019


It comes as no surprise that this year’s Aftershock Festival was once again sold out. I mean, how could it not with big-name talents such as Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Blink-182, Lamb of God, Dropkick Murphys, Marilyn Manson, Bad Religion, Chevelle, and many others. And with the über-early announcement of next year’s headliner—Metallica, for those of you living under a rock—there’s no question that 2020’s Aftershock will sell out as well. Bring Me The Horizon Shares New Video For “In The Dark”, Starring Forest Whitaker


Bring Me The Horizon has just shared their trippy new video for the song ‘In The Dark’. Directed and edited by frontman Oliver Sykes, the visual stars Oscar-, Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning actor Forest Whitaker, in an ide to sci-fi films like The Matrix. Whitaker, known for such films as Bird, Black Panther, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Platoon, The Last King Of Scotland, Good Morning Vietnam and more is currently starring in the new series Godfather of Harlem. Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, Fever333, Bloodstock Open Air and More Win at The Heavy Music Awards


The third annual Heavy Music Awards were announced last night at a packed O2 Forum Kentish Town, hosted by Laura Jane Grace alongside live performances by Cancer Bats, Loathe, Nova Twins and Delaire The Liar. For the third year in a row, Architects took home a major win with two awards here – the first time any winner has picked up multiple awards at the same HMAs. The Brighton act picked up Best Album for Holy Hell, as well as Best Live Band. Other bands that won include Bring Me The Horizon, Parkway Drive, Fever333, Bloodstock Open Air for best festival, Dream State, photographer Paul Harries and more. Bring Me The Horizon Streams New Single- “Drone Bomb Me”


Bring Me The Horizon continues to do no wrong musically in 2019 as they have dropped a new single, a cover of the songwriter and singer formerly known as Antony Hegarty’s ‘Drone Bomb Me’, of as part of Spotify’s “Spotify Singles” series. “Spotify Singles” was launched in 2016 and features artists recording at least two live songs — an original and a cover — for release exclusively on Spotify. As the name suggests, the “Spotify Singles” concept channels back the good old days of vinyl and CD singles. In addition to ‘Drone Bomb Me’ “Spotify Singles” includes an acoustic version of the band’s song ‘Mother Tongue’.Continue reading


Metallica, Ghost, Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Idles Win Big at the Annual Kerrang! Awards


Kerrang! Magazine held their annual awards ceremony and party last night Islington Assembly Hall as the world’s biggest rock stars came out in force. Winners and attendees included legendary artists such as Metallica, Motörhead, Jimmy Page, Skunk Anansie, current Kerrang! cover stars Ghost, FEVER 333, Architects, IDLES, Enter Shikari, and Don Broco. Jimmy Page was honored with the Icon Award, while Metallica again won Best International Act. Motörhead won the inspiration award. The Kerrang!
