Australian heavyweights, King Parrot, have just delivered their latest single and video, “Get What Ya Given.” It comes from their forthcoming album, A Young Person’s Guide To King Parrot, due out on June 6. They also kick off their Australian album launch tour from May 9, with shows in Warrnambool and Bendigo. They’ve also been added to the Acid Bath show in New York on July 25 at Brooklyn Paramount before joining The Heaviest Tour of the Summer alongside Pantera and Amon Amarth all over the US. In this new edition; Charles Kieny of Paris France-based CKRAFT recalls how he converted from Nu Metal and Extreme Metal to an awakening to Jazz. The band released their latest and sophomore album, Uncommon Grounds on January 17, 2025.
