Metal Supergroup Killer Be Killed, featuring such legends as Max Cavalera (Soulfly/ex-Sepultura), Ben Koller (Converge/Mutoid Man), Greg Puciato (The Dillinger Escape Plan/The Black Queen) and Troy Sanders (Mastodon/Gone Is Gone), announce one of the year’s most anticipated heavy releases, confirming the Nov. 20 arrival of the all-star band’s sophomore album, Reluctant Hero (Nuclear Blast Records). Old Man Gloom Shares New Single, Announces New Album – “Seminar VIII Light of Meaning”

In a story we have been following for some time, Old Man Gloom have formally announced their highly anticipated brand new album, Seminar: VIII Light of Meaning, out May 22, 2020, via Profound Lore Records. The album will be their first without Bassist/vocalist Caleb Scofield, who died in 2018. Caleb had been a member since 2001 and the album Seminar II: The Holy Rites of Primitivism Regressionism (Tortuga Recordings). Ben Koller Of Converge and Mutoid Man Breaks His Elbow, GoFundMe Launched

Ben Koller is one of the greatest drummers in music today. A tireless player and entertainer who is the engine of bands such as legends Converge, and the fast on the way to being legends Mutoid Man. Sadly, Ben may be out of action for quite a long time as he broke his elbow in what is being termed a freak accident and is looking at a ton of recovery and rehab, and time spent off the road. The road is where Ben, like most working musicians in metal, make most of their money to live. Now Ben’s fellow Mutant Stephen Brodsky has helped launch a GoFundMe campaign, to raise the money needed to get him on his feet in this difficult time. Old Man Gloom Adds Stephen Brodsky As A Member, Begins New Album

Old Man Gloom has announced Stephen Brodsky of Cave In and Mutoid Man has joined the band on bass. Brodsky is stepping in for Caleb Scofield, who passed away last spring in a tragic auto accident. Brodsky performed with the band at the Scofield tribute and benefit concert in Los Angeles in October. Max Cavalera Says Killer Be Killed Is Making Progress On Album Number Two

Metal supergroup Killer Be Killed stormed the music world when they released their 2014 debut. According to a new interview with Max Cavalera, the band has demos of 10 new songs ready as progress towards a new release. Max previously said a new album was potentially possible for 2019. Comprised of Cavalera (Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy, Ex-Sepultura), Sanders (Mastodon) Greg Puciato (The Black Queen, The Dillinger Escape Plan), and drummer Ben Koller (Converge, All Pigs Must Die, Mutoid Man), released its self-titled debut via Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
