EP REVIEW: Razor Candy – Razor Candy
I like to think I am a tough nut to crack, an enigma, if you will, shrouded in a mystical cloud of mystery. My editor proved to me that when it comes to my musical tastes he has me all figured out. Case in point, the new self-titled EP by Razor Candy (Sensory Recordings). My editor said I would really dig the newly released profoundly immoral brainchild of Paul Wiley (Marilyn Manson, Deveraux) and Chad Cherry (The Last Vegas, The Claws) and he was not wrong. I may be a self-described metalhead, but I am also a self-described lover of musical ingenuity and raw talent, which Razor Candy not only possesses but showcases in an eloquently macabre way. The EP contains five tracks that are available in all streaming formats, but for you vinyl loving freaks (myself included) there is a bonus track included only on vinyl, how fanfreakingtastical is that?Continue reading

Ozzy Osbourne Officially Cancels The “No More Tours 2 2020 Tour”
Rough news as Heavy Metal legend Ozzy Osbourne has canceled his entire 2020 North American“No More Tours 2” tour. According to a statement from Ozzy’s publicist, he is headed over to Europe for additional medical treatments this spring, as a result of his ongoing battle with Parkinsons’ Disease and other injuries as a result of a fall in his home in early 2019. The decision to cancel the tour rather than postpone and rebook again was made to accommodate fans who’ve been holding tickets for rescheduled shows and have been asked to change plans, some multiple times. Following promotional obligations for his new Ordinary Man album (out February 21), Ozzy will continue to seek medical treatment. Marilyn Manson was to support all dates in 2020 in the USA. Marilyn Manson’s The Dope Show Used As The Theme Song for Comedian Michelle Wolfe’s New Netflix Special
Marilyn Manson’s classic song ‘The Dope Show’ from the classic 1998 album Mechanical Animals (Nothing/Interscope) is the theme song of the new Michelle Wolfe comedy special The Joke Show, now appearing on Netflix. Michelle’s quick wit and no-holds-barred hot button shock comedy touches on many topics such as feminism, sex, and abortion in her trademark absurdist fashion. Wolfe made headlines in 2018 when she performed at the White House Correspondents Dinner.Continue reading

Ozzy Osbourne has rebooked his “No More Tours 2” in North American Tour in 2020, and he’ll be joined Marilyn Manson as the direct opener. These dates are Ozzy’s first shows since he announced earlier this year that all his 2019 performances would be postponed allowing him to heal from an injury sustained while dealing with pneumonia. FESTIVAL REVIEW: Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Staind, and More Rule Aftershock 2019
