The Hellfest Open Air festival 2025 has booked a huge lineup. Taking place from June 19th to 22nd in Clisson, France, the fest features headlining performances from Korn, Muse, Scorpions, and Linkin Park, as well as, Knocked Loose, Judas Priest, Electric Callboy,Turnstile, Exodus, Dethklok, Refused, Jerry Cantrell, Jinjer, Turnstile, Unto Others, The Warning, VOLA, Alcest, Abbath (Doom occulta set), SUNN O))), HEALTH, Russian Circles, Chat Pile, Savatage, Dream Theater and more out of a total of 184 bands. Múr Drop a New Single and Video for “Frelsari” – New Album Coming Soon
Icelandic progressive metallers, Múr, have just signed a brand new deal with Century Media Records, which will see them release their debut, self-titled album. The full-length is due out digitally on November 22, 2024, with CD and vinyl following on January 10, 2025. In celebration, the band has shared the new single, “Frelsari,” along with a video. The clip was animated by Múr’s own Kári Haraldsson (vocals, keytar, synthesizers) during his teenage years. Check it out below and find out more.

Tool has announced their first-ever destination festival named Tool Live In The Sand. The festival is set to take place at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Royalton resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic between March 7 and 9, 2025. The festival is headlined by Tool, playing two sets, as well as Coheed and Cambria, Eagles Of Death Metal, King’s X, Fishbone, Wheel, and more. Leprous Books 2025 North American Tour Celebrating “The Congregation” with Support from Wheel
Leprous, who recently released their eighth studio album, Melodies Of Atonement via InsideOutMusic, return to North America this Spring for the second leg of their Melodies of Atonement tour. Direct support will come from Wheel. The Norwegian band will also mark the 10th anniversary of the The Congregation’s release with full album performances of the collection on specific dates: Boulder, Los Angeles, Chicago, Montreal and Boston.
