With four years since the last album, metalcore lovers from the 2010s Warped Tour days have been eager to hear more from one of the community’s most prominent bands Memphis May Fire. After taking a more hard rock-leaning detour with their last record, Broken in 2018, the Texan four-piece are back to their post-hardcore roots with seventh album Remade In Misery (Rise Records). Giving a new taste of the sound that earned them most of their fans in their early years, Memphis puts in the same amount of heart we heard from them in the days of The Hollow and Challenger, but now with a newfound self-assurance and poise. CONCERT REVIEW: Angels and Airwaves – Bad Suns – My Kid Brother: Live at House of Blues Boston


Lansdowne Street in Boston, MA in October. It’s either extremely noisy and busy or it’s completely silent, in this instance it was the former rather than the later. Because we have Angels & Airwaves playing at the House of Blues the very same night that the Red Sox are facing the Houston Astros in the ALCS championship series… On the exact same street. We have baseball fans and music fans thrown together and it was pure magic. It’s gonna be a fun night, let’s dive right in.

AFI Shares Previously Unreleased Single – “Caught”


AFI has shared the previously unreleased track “Caught” – recorded while the band was making their newest album, Bodies (Rise Records). AFI first shared the song with fans at the premiere of Where We Used To Meet, the brand new short film by Kes Glozier. The film features music from Bodies and storylines inspired by the song lyrics. Two intimate screenings were held at Brain Dead Studios in Los Angeles, CA on September 28, followed by a global livestream event on September 30.
