This is due to the sell-out of the first date of what will now be a two-night stand November 29 and November 30: s November 30 show at the Los Angeles Forum. Slayer Teases Final US Tour Leg Ever in New Video
Slayer has teased a major announcement for later this month. They are expected to share their final tour dates for the USA, and perhaps final dates as a band soon. The rumored tour has been said to include Anthrax, Testament and possibly Primus, with a final show on New Year’s Eve at the Los Angeles Forum. Another rumored configuration of the tour is said to feature Slayer, Primus, and Ministry, which also seems plausible. The band has toured all over the world for a year and a half on “The End” world tour, but have not really performed at major US markets (New York City, Los Angeles, Boston proper) as of yet. They are already booked for Riot Fest in Chicago this fall already called “The Final Slayer show for Chicago and Milwaukee.”Continue reading

A cold Yorkshire wind blows through the speakers before a tapped out bass line floats along. It’s immediately reminiscent of the hammered-on, happy-go-lucky turned sinister oddity of Primus’ ‘Here Come The Bastards’, and forms the lilting lynchpin of the song. Quickly, ‘RVN’ becomes a colossal Stoner Metal riff barrage, filled with the same grooving bounce the bass line laid out.
