Milwaukee Metal Festival has just welcomed even more bands to its 2025 bill, with Gwar, Arch Enemy, Oppressor, Wormrot, Between The Buried And Me, Sacred Reich, Necrot, and Frozen Soul joining the lineup. The festival will take place once again at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom from May 16-18, 2025, with the pre-party kicking off on May 15, and more acts still to be added. This Memorial Day Weekend in 2025, Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival will celebrate 25 years of unapologetic chaos, community, and pure DIY spirit. What began as a punk rock family reunion has become an annual pilgrimage, built not by corporations but by the grit and passion of the punk rockers who make it all possible. After a quarter-century of breaking the rules, we’re excited to reveal the lineup that embodies everything this festival stands for. Social Distortion is making their PRB debut, bringing that raw, legendary sound filled with Mike Ness’s stories of love, loss, and resilience. Then there’s Peter Hook & The Light, performing the best of Joy Division. From the haunting strains of “Love Will Tear Us Apart” to “Ceremony”, their iconic catalog will pull you into a world of shadows and light. The celebration keeps rolling with Cock Sparrer, the legendary East End London street-punk that’s been tearing it up since 1972. With a core group of members who’ve stuck together from day one, these longtime allies are taking their final festival bow in a bittersweet farewell. Another bumper 2000trees Festival announcement today (Thursday 7th March), the final one for the 2024 event, with the 3rd and final main stage headliner, as well as a host of some of the finest acts, artists and bands playing across all of the events six+ stages. The 3rd main stage headliner for 2024 will be British rock outfit Don Broco (their only live show of 2024), who have had radio A-list singles, sold out arenas and most recently, a UK number 1 album with ‘Amazing Things’ in 2021. This will be the Bedford 4-pieces first ever appearance at 2000trees, and one that will for sure live long in the memory. Also announced today includes 2000trees royalty and all round legend, punk rock troubadour Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, in the mix for most exciting UK bands around (and also a fully-fledged 2000trees hero) Bob Vylan, one of the most talked about bands in the world right now Wargasm, the stunning Welsh indie band Los Campesinos! (who are playing their first outdoor festival since 2014 at 2000trees), and following on from their 2000trees debut last year, returning rock royalty in Empire State Bastard.
