Jamie was in New York City recently for the Mental Health Comedy Tour at the legendary Comic Strip Live. The show featured Jamie, comedian, Joe Matarese, and host Preston GitlinIn their 13-year history, TWLOHA has donated over $2.3 million directly into treatment, traveled more than 3.4 million miles to meet people face-to-face at nearly 3,000 events, and has responded to over 210,000 messages from over 100 countries. In our interview, we had a frank discussion about the epidemic of suicides, the current mental health crisis, mental health in the music business, his work with Vans Warped Tour, the effect of social media on our well-being, and the strides TWLOHA has made over the years. Vans Warped Tour, The Offspring, And Social Distortion Get Shoutouts In The Ballers Season Premiere


Ballers is the HBO series focusing on financial advisors to superstar athletes. The cast is led by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Rob Corddry. On the season four premiere, the main characters are courting a partnership with an extreme sports company led by comedian Russell Brand, and The Vans Warped Tour got a shout out. In addition, the now-defunct traveling tour, The Offspring, and Social Distortion were also name-checked. Warped Tour finished its last run as traveling tour last weekend after 23 years. Speculation on the future of Warped Tour has focused on the tour coming back someday as a destination festival. Continue reading
