Wolves In The Throne Room Books 2022 Tour with Full of Hell and Uada


Wolves In The Throne Room will embark on a North American headlining tour entitled Primordial Arcana North American Winter 2022 Tour. The supporting acts on the bill will be Full Of Hell and Uada. Inferno Festival 2020 Has Been Cancelled Due To Coronavirus Restrictions


Sad news as one of the greatest metal festivals in the world, and a favorite of Ghost Cult, Inferno Festival 2020, set to take place in Oslo, Norway has been totally canceled. The fest was to feature Kreator, Mayhem, Triumph of Death, Amorphis, Venom, Gorgoroth, Marduk, Ihsahn, Kampfar, and many more! According to a message from the festival, “all public events in Norway are banned until the end of April, and this period might be extended. The health authorities estimate 4-5 months. UADA Parts Ways with Drummer, Cancels Black Moon Festival Appearances

Rough news for UADA fans, especially in Central America. The band was to take part in two days of gigs at Black Moon Festivals but had to cancel at the 11th hour as their drummer Josiah Babcock was dismissed from the band for apparently opting not to participate in the tour. The band posted a lengthy apology on their Facebook to fans vowing to come back stronger. For his part, Babcock shared on his Facebook page that he had left the band as well, offering his side of the story and alleging bullying from another band member. The Portland, Oregon-based Black Metallers have set the underground on fire since forming in 2014 with tight performances and sick releases. Babcock joined in 2018. UADA has a European tour booked in six weeks or so, pending a fill-in or permanent replacement being announced. Continue reading

Inferno Metal Festival has booked its final five bands for the 20th anniversary in 2020, and they are all legends. Triumph of Death (Hellhammer/Celtic Frost band led by Tom G. Warrior), Amorphis, Asphyx, Oranssi Pazuzu, and The Great Old Ones will perform at the fest in Oslo, Norway next spring, on 9-12 of April. The full lineup and details can be found below. 1349 Shares Video for ‘Dødskamp’, New Album Due Next Month

Norwegian black metal masters 1349 have shared a new music video for their track ‘Dødskamp’. The track was originally recorded in conjunction with the Edvard Munch museum and will appear on the band’s new record, ‘The Infernal Pathway.’ The clip, which was filmed and edited by Carl Eek Torgersen / Necrolust Productions at Inferno Festival 2019 in Oslo. Their new album Infernal Pathway is due out on October 18th via Season Of Mist! The record was recorded in Amper Tone studios and Studio Nyhagen with engineer Jarrett Pritchard earlier this year. The band previously announced a North American headline tour dates for this fall, in which they will be supported by Uada and Cloak. The trek will kick off on October 25 in Jacksonville, FL and will conclude on November 16 in Atlanta, GA. Continue reading
