2024 marks ArcTanGent’s 10th anniversary. Taking place across five stages at Fernhill Farm near Bristol, the festival specialises in progressive, largely heavy music. It is Metal-orientated, but the festival’s remit also extends to other styles including Indie and Electronic Music. ATG 2024 sees over 130 bands and artists performing over three “main” days plus a warm-up day.Continue reading

FESTIVAL REVIEW: Damnation Festival and a Night of Salvation 2023 Live at Bowlers Exhibition Centre


 

This year’s Damnation Festival is the second since it has returned to its original home of Manchester after many years at the University of Leeds. Anaal Nathrakh Books a December Co-Headline Show, Hints at a Breakup

Enigmatic extreme metallers Anaal Nathrakh has booked a December co-headline show in London with Sigh. It will be the bands first show in almost three years. It was announced in a post to Instagram. Apparently, the show is to be played without co-founder Mick Kenney who now lives in California, and the postulates that the gig with either lead to more shows, or the band will disbands entirely. Backing up vocalist Dave Hunt, will be former live members of AN and members of Akercoke/Voices. Tickets are on sale now at the link below. The band released their last full-length Endarkenment in 2020.
