The tour kicks off with two hometown shows in Oklahoma City then traverses the midwest into Canada, followed by a string of east coast shows. The second leg of the tour runs February through March around Texas and along the west coast of the U.S. and Canada— check out all tour dates listed below. Chat Pile have shared a music video for Cool World single, Frownland. Director Matthew Zagorski comments on the video treatment: “When I first heard this song, I heard despair, so I wanted the video to start off troubling. The main character laying there in the rubble of his old life, digging through the ruins of what used to be. I was dealing with extreme feelings of loneliness and not feeling worthy at the time of piecing together this video and it really bled into the narrative.” Watch / share the “Frownland” music video on YouTube!
EXCLUSIVE VIDEO PREMIERE: Squid Pisser Share Their New Video “Vaporize A Neighbor” – Band Currently Touring USA With GWAR
Gunk-drenched avant-grind alien entity Squid Pisser are on the road, opening for GWAR on “The Stoned Age” tour for its duration, culminating on November 20th in Nashville Tennessee. Squid Pisser are touring in support of their new album Dreams of Puke, which was released on June 14th on the great SKiN GRAFT Records (Buñuel, Melt-Banana, Dazzling Killmen) and the band’s own Sweatband Records.
The album has been making a gooey splash (not just for its manic fusion of Punk, Grindcore and Sludge), but for its delightfully grotesque album artwork by painter Gregory Jacobsen (who also fronts Squid-Pisser-label-mates Lovely Little Girls). Controversy around the album art has led to strategic placement of parental advisory stickers on CD copies. Meanwhile the band’s distributor Redeye Worldwide were forced to make a vinyl reprint having received copies with mutilated and damaged jackets.
The casual creation of such hysteria could barely be more Punk Rock and Ghost Cult could not be more delighted to be teaming up with the band to share the video for “Vaporize A Neighbor” — a suitably demented visual companion to the track’s vortex of deranged, metallic riffing — directed by special effects artist Eris Deo.

Cavalera Release Live Music Video For “Escape To The Void” – Announce Schizophrenia Re-Recording
Cavalera has become synonymous with extreme metal music, a name that to this day still holds the highest regard, a family legacy built upon decades of musical aggression. In 2023, Max and Iggor Cavalera achieved what some would say was an impossible feat; they revisited their earliest releases, Morbid Visions, and Bestial Devastation, and re-recorded them with bone-breaking intensity. A risk that few would dare to even attempt, yet they artfully and prolifically attained their trademark raw sound by means that could only be described as magic or time travel.
It seems that the ball would not stop rolling as now they are entering the final chapter of their early-days trilogy. Schizophrenia is an iconic album in terms of early thrash and death metal, a household name for those of us invested in extreme metal. This was the point where the Cavaleras refined their dark, dingy, speed-influenced songs, into something a bit more mature, developed, and technical. Decades later, they have once more unlocked the asylum that is Schizophrenia, opening the doors to that banished, twisted recording which will be unleashed unto to world on June 21st via Nuclear Blast Records. The first taste of the reissue comes in the form of the live music video for the single. ‘Escape To The Void’. Fans will enjoy footage filmed by Costin Chioreanu & Olivia Chioreanu from the band’s chilling performance at 013 Venue in Tilburg, Netherlands, 2023. Watch the live music video edited and directed by Costin Chioreanu for ‘Escape To The Void’, here:Continue reading
