Wage War to Replace Jinjer on Slipknot’s Knotfest Roadshow Tour

Due to the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Jinjer has stepped down from the upcoming Slipknot led, Knotfest Roadshow Tour, kicking off on March 16th. Wage War has replaced them. Jinjer, will no longer be joining the tour, as they focus on the safety of their families in their home country of Ukraine. Slipknot has announced the two legs Knotfest Roadshow Tour with tickets on sale now. The tour will take place over two legs, both headlined by Slipknot. The first leg will feature special guests In This Moment and now Wage War. The second leg will feature special guests Cypress Hill and Ho99o9.

In This Moment, Body Count, Code Orange And Power Trip Among the Nominees For The 63rd Grammy Awards.

Metal mainstays such as In This Moment, and Body Count, while upstarts Code Orange and modern legends  Power Trip were among the “Best Metal Performance” nominees at the 63rd annual Grammy Awards, which will be broadcast in HDTV and 5.1 Surround Sound on the CBS television network on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. The 63rd annual Grammy Awards will be hosted by “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah.  Last year’s best Metal Performance award went to Tool, honored with a Grammy in the pre-telecast ceremony at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards, which was held on January 26 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Tool was nominated for “7empest”, a track from its 2019 album Fear Inoculum. Other related nominees include Beastie Boys and ZZ Top in the film category and Bill and Ted 3 for multi-media.

Theatrical Rock band In This Moment has announced plans for a 2020 headline tour of the USA. The “The In Between Tour.” Direct support will come from Black Veil Brides, DED, and Raven Black. All dates are below. Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 15 at 10am local time. In This Moment are currently working on their next album and the follow up to 2017’s Ritual.
