70000 Tons of Metal Cruise Books Emperor, Epica, and Haggard for 2020


After a late start announcing bands for 2020 that had long-time cruisers concerned for the future of the event, 70000 Tons of Metal 2020 has announced their first bands for 2020. Black Metal legends Emperor we the first band announced, will Epica soon after, and now Haggard. Many more bands will be announced right up until the cruise. Gold and Silver level “Survivors” – past cruisers, are getting email codes for pre-purchase this weekend, with the public on sales taking place next week, October 26th. 70000 Tons of Metal Cruise takes place from January 7th to 11th 2020 and sails from Miami/ Ft. Rockharz Open Air has added a flurry of new bands for this July’s festival! Soilwork, Omnium Gatherum, Grave, Lordi, Visions Of Atlantis, Burning Witches, Combichrist, Elvellon, Hell Boulevard, J.B.O., Lacrimas Profundere, and Witt have joined the event. Epica vs Attack on Titan EP


Dutch natives, Epica are releasing their second EP – Epica vs Attack on Titan (Nuclear Blast) —based on the Japanese anime series Attack on Titan. The band recorded the EP last summer and released it in Japan last December. Now, the rest of the world will finally be able to get an earful of pure symphonic metal.
