Crossover Thrash and Hardcore legends Dog Eat Dog have announced their new studio album Free Radicals due out from Metalville Records this fall! The New Jersey band has not released new music since 2006’s Walk With Me. More news coming soon about the release. Life of Agony Rebooks Previously Postponed East Coast Tour Dates
Life of Agony has rebooked their east coast tour dates that were interrupted this winter when members of the band contracted COVID-19. Dog Eat Dog will provide direct support on some dates with other artists. The band just released their The Sound of Scars documentary on VOD services and streaming platforms to widespread acclaim and rave reviews from fans. Life of Agony made a stop in East Stroudburg, Pa. On their Lost at 2022 tour, featuring Dog Eat Dog and local opener Empire Fallen for the Lost At 2022 Tour. Despite a sizeable snowstorm that pounded the entire region, loyal fans of LOA gathered patiently outside The Sherman Theater comparing stories and recalling how many times they had seen the band since 1993 when the Brooklyn based band was supporting their first album. So now tonight, after 2 years, the LOA familia were not gonna let a snow storm or any other act of God stop them from being reunited with this band that has been the soundtrack of so many of their lives
Life of Agony Cancels Remaining Tour Dates Due to COVID-19
Life of Agony has been forced to cancel the remaining dates of their first tour of 2022, “Lost at 2022” with Dog Eat Dog and Kings Never Die due to COVID-19. This includes their hometown show at The Warsaw, in Brooklyn this weekend. In a post to their social networks, the band shared a message that despite precautions, both Mina Caputo and Veronica Bellino have come down with the illness, and thus the tour has ended. Get well soon, Mina and Veronica!
Dog Eat Dog Books 25th Anniversary “Play Games” Tour Dates
Hardcore/Hip-Hop band Dog Eat Dog have booked a 25th anniversary tour of Europe! Presented by Kingstar Music the band will hit the road later this month and play dates in November and December as well. Play Games was the bands second full-length album released in 1996 on Roadrunner and yielded three singles, “Isms,” “Rocky,” and “Step Right In.” The current incarnation of the band released the Brand New Breed EP in 2017 via Metalville Records.

Copenhell has announced its first bands for 2022 next summer and it looks like a banger. Metallica will make their debut appearance ever at the fest performing on the new fourth day, June 15th, 2022, as announced on social media by Lars Ulrich, who is from Denmark. Metallica will offer a pre-sale for tickets through their Fifth Members Fan Club. Joining the band will be Iron Maiden, Kiss, Judas Priest, Korn, D-A-D, Mercyful Fate, Emperor, Bad Religion, Opeth, The Hellacopters, Bersærk, Jinjer, Gloryhammer, Death To All, Of Mice & Men, Artillery, Dog Eat Dog, Siamese, Destruction, Orm, Redwood Hill, Ghost Iris, Withering Surface, Xenoblight, Hällas, Lok, Gatecreeper, Knocked Loose, Svartsot, Soren Andersen, Eyes, Denial Of God, Wayward Dawn, Lifesick, Nyredolk and more to be announced. The fest runs from June 15th – 19th 2022.

Rock supergroup Tomahawk has shared a new graphic video for their song “Dog Eat Dog”! Upstate Records, purveyors of some of the best Hardcore Punk and Metal releases the last few years, have signed underground supergroup Kings Never Die. The band will release their debut four-song EP, Raise A Glass, in 2020. The band consists of members of New York HC legends like Mucky Pup, Dog Eat Dog, and Murphy’s Law such as guitarist Larry “The Hunter” Nieroda (Murphy’s Law, Stigma) called up longtime friend and guitarist Dan Natasi (Dog Eat Dog, Mucky Pup); the two immediately began work on what would become Kings Never Die. The pair were quickly joined by drummer John Milnes (Mucky Pup), bass player Jay Kaflin (Sub Zero, Son Of Sam), and vocalist Dylan Gadino (Robots And Monsters). These established scene greats have come together to form an explosive combo of punk rock and hardcore with hooks and catchy parts too! They released their first singles ‘Before My Time’ and ‘The Juice’ earlier in 2019 and back in September they played their first show at the legendary birthplace of New York Hardcore, NYC A7.
