Low Hum to Drop a Cover of “Romantic Rights” (Death From Above 1979) for Last Gang Records’ 20th Anniversary


LA indie artist, Low Hum, is set to release a cover of Death From Above 1979’s track, “Romantic Rights,” on July 31st. It will be the 2nd installment of cover series in collaboration with Toronto’s Last Gang Records, as it reaches its 20th anniversary. The label kicked off celebrations by announcing vinyl re-pressings of Metric’s Old World Underground, Where Are You Now? and Mother Mother’s The Sticks, and the first of the covers; Maia Friedman (of Dirty Projectors) reimagining Metric’s “Love Is A Place,” feat. Anand Wilder (of Yeasayer).

Lamb of God Share a New Version of “Laid To Rest” – Remixed by HEALTH


With their groundbreaking album, Ashes of the Wake, turning 20 this August, Lamb of God have dropped a new version of the track “Laid To Rest,” remixed by industrial metallers HEALTH.  The deluxe, 20th anniversary edition of the album is coming August 30th, via Epic Records and Legacy Recordings. Besdies HEALTH, the re-release will feature new mixes by Justin K Broadrick (Godflesh/Jesu), as well as demo and live versions of the album’s classic songs. Lamb Of God, who launch their Ashes of Leviathan co-headlining tour with Mastodon tomorrow in Austin, Texas.

Unearth Book 20th Anniversary Show for Their Album “The Oncoming Storm” with Bleeding Through, Fuming Mouth, High Command and Others



On Saturday, June 15th, Unearth will celebrate 20 years of their Metal Blade Records album, The Oncoming Storm, with Storm Fest, at Big Night Live in Boston. The Blood Brothers Announce 20th Anniversary Re-Issue of “Crimes” Album and Book First Shows in Ten Years



Seattle post-hardcore five piece, The Blood Brothers, are celebrating two decades of their album, Crimes, giving it a limited vinyl reissue. The new edition of the record is due out on October 4th via Epitaph Records. The band have also announced their first live appearances in a decade, with a US tour this November and December.
