ALBUM REVIEW: Poison The Well – Peace In Place

Poison The Well left their mark on Metalcore in the post-Victory Records era of the genre, as it spread to mainstream exposure thanks to Myspace. With their reunion album, Peace In Place (SharpTone Records), it’s not like 17 years have passed, but more like they are stepping alongside the Metalcore bands of today, complete with 2026 production stylings. They continue to blend clean singing with Hardcore, which is now much more commonplace than it was when they first started in 1999, and even then, bands like Boysetsfire and Overcast were already alive and kicking. God Forbid Shares a New Documentary, Adds Overcast to Their Upcoming Mini Tour

God Forbid has dropped a new documentary celebration 20 years of their “Constitution Of Treason” album (Century Media Records).The band is gearing up for the Mountrushmore of Metalcore Tour Darkest Hour, and Bleeding Through, and now Overcast (Shadows Fall) has been added to two of the three dates. Nora has dropped off the tour. Ghost Cult is giving away tickets to their only headline show in December at The Brooklyn Monarch! That gig place Sunday Dec 14th, 2025, at 8pm! Unearth Book 20th Anniversary Show for Their Album “The Oncoming Storm” with Bleeding Through, Fuming Mouth, High Command and Others

On Saturday, June 15th, Unearth will celebrate 20 years of their Metal Blade Records album, The Oncoming Storm, with Storm Fest, at Big Night Live in Boston. The band will play the record in its entirety, along with a selection of other songs from their catalog. Joining them, at their first all ages gig in the city for 21 years, will be Bleeding Through, Overcast, Fuming Mouth, All Out War, High Command, and Apes. Read more from Unearth below.
