Andols Herrick Bows Out Of Chimaira Reunion Show, Gives Update On His Health


Andols Herrick, one of the preeminent drummers of the New Wave of American Metal for his time with Chimaira in the early 2000s, has had to step down from his original plan to play Chimaira Christmas 15. The band used to play hometown shows at the end of every year for the majority of their career, but after a few years of hiatus, the full classic lineup of the band was to reunite this week for the show. Herrick has been battling declining health for several years and will be replaced for the sold-out show on December 30th, at the Agora Ballroom by Austin D’Amond, the most recent drummer for the band. Marilyn Manson’s Tour On Hold Until Further Notice Following Injury On Stage


News last night of Maryiln Manson’s awful injury on stage in New York rocked fans and the larger music world last night. You just don’t see accidents like this that often, and we hope Mr. Manson is recovering well. Now a message from Manson collaborator and bandmate, composer Tyler Bates, confirms that the band is flying home while Manson recovers and that the tour will resume at a later date. Marilyn Manson Injured In A Stage Mishap In New York


While performing at Hammerstein Ballroom at The Manhattan Center In New York City last night when a stage prop fell on and seriously injured Marilyn Manson. Manson was performing his hit ‘Sweet Dreams’and was ¾ through his set when the accident happened. A giant prop of two guns fell on him when he appeared to lean on it. The show ground to a halt while Manson received medical care and was taken out on a stretcher, after possibly breaking his leg. The rest of the show was then canceled.
