Boston Calling has announced the lineup for its 2023 festival, taking place over Memorial Day weekend, from Friday, May 26, to Sunday, May 28, at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston. Headliners include Foo Fighters and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (Friday), The Lumineers and Alanis Morissette (Saturday), and Paramore with Queens of the Stone Age (Sunday). Foo Fighters were one of the headliners announced for 2022, but canceled that appearance after the tragic death of drummer Taylor Hawkins. Specially priced presale 3-Day General Admission, GA+, VIP, and Platinum tickets, as well as Single Day General Admission, GA+, VIP and Platinum tickets are on sale this Thursday, January 12 at 10:00am ET. Guns N Roses To Headline Lollapalooza in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile in 2020
Guns N Roses will continue their wildly successful “Not In The Lifetime Tour” that has been going since 2016, with shows at three Lollapalooza Festivals in 2020: in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. No word if they will join the US version next summer in Chicago. Joining GNR will be Travis Scott, The Strokes, Lana Del Rey, Martin Garrix and Gwen Stefani. BottleRock Napa Valley the annual music festival, wine, beer and gourmet food aficionado experience will host it’s 2016 edition over Memorial Day Weekend (May 27-29) this year. Heading up the lineup will be The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Florence + the Machine, and Stevie Wonder, joined by The Lumineers, Death Cab for Cutie, Lenny Kravitz, Ziggy Marley, Walk The Moon, Rodrigo Y Gabriela and many more. Guitar Hero Relaunching This Fall
The Guitar Hero video game franchise is relaunching its line this fall with a new installment called Guitar Hero Live, where it has been reworked to now feature a live action experience and focuses solely on guitars this time around. A new guitar peripheral has been announced to go along with the game and features two rows of three buttons to offer a different experience that will allow for basic chord patterns on higher difficulties.
