In 1969, the first edition of one of the world”s biggest bands within the New Wave of British Heavy Metal – Judas Priest – was formed. One of the founders was guitarist KK Downing. KK was in the band until 2011 and over the years, he was one of the songwriters for most of the metal world”s biggest songs as “Breaking the Law”, “Living After Midnight” and “Painkiller”.

Ever since Steve N’ Seagulls shared their bluegrass cover of ‘The Trooper’ by Iron Maiden two years ago, their popularity has grown quickly throughout the music world. Since then we’ve seen them cover the likes of Led Zeppelin, Dio, AC/DC and Metallica, and the guys have those tracks and more on their debut album. STEVE ‘N’ SEAGULLS are: Pukki Kaalinen on double bass and vocals; Wild Till Hiltunen on accordion, mandolin and Casio; Herman de German on banjo, guitar and vocals; Remmel on vocals, acoustic guitar and mandolin; and Puikkonen on drums, percussions and vocals.
They are currently working on their debut album for Spinefarm Records at Studio Bad Mama near their hometown in Finland.
