They are currently celebrating 30 years of their seminal Land of Rape And Honey (TVT) album, which hit that milestone back on October 11th. Ministry is getting ready to kick off their next headline tour of the US next month, with direct support from Carpenter Brut and Alien Weaponry. Download Festival Australia has been announced for 2019, as a two-date festival experience in Sydney and Melbourne next March. Headling the festival are Ozzy Osbourne, Slayer, Judas Priest, Alice In Chains and Ghost are among the confirmed bands. These two shows will represent Ozzy’s only shows in Australia on the “No More Tears 2” tour. More bands will be announced soon. The two-date, five-stage affair, hitting Sydney’s Parramatta Park on Saturday, March 9 and Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse on Monday, March 11 has tickets on sale now.Continue reading

With everyone firmly into the swing of things by now, Saturday’s main stage openers Nailed to Obscurity opened proceedings strongly enough but were promptly blown out of the water by one of the major surprises of the festival – Power Trip.
