Aftershock 2025 Earlybird Tickets Go On Sale Tomorrow (December 5th)


Aftershock Festival 2025, one of the crown jewels of the Danny Wimmer Presents rock and metal festivals will drop their early bird ticket sales tomorrow, December 5th, 2024 at noon pst. Aftershock promised its biggest lineup yet in 2024 and the fan-favorite event delivered with four nonstop days at Sacramento’s Discovery Park over October 10-13. The 12th edition of the annual festival welcomed 160,000 music fans from all 50 states and 30 countries around the world, retaining its title as the West Coast’s largest rock festival and bringing an estimated $30 million economic impact to California’s capital city. Dream Theater Shares a New Single and Music Video for “A Broken Man” – 40th Anniversary Tour Continues


Wrapping up the successful European leg of their 40th Anniversary Tour 2024 – 2025 last week, GRAMMY®-winning, progressive music titans Dream Theater are releasing the next piece of music from their sixteenth studio album, Parasomnia. The track “A Broken Man” is the latest track from the iconic reunited lineup of vocalist James LaBrie, guitarist John Petrucci, bassist John Myung, keyboardist Jordan Rudess and drummer Mike Portnoy. The song opens with a driving musical barrage that subsides as LaBrie tells the story of a war vet who is experiencing sleep disturbances such as nightmares and insomnia, due to combat experience. The song contains audio from actual vets speaking about their personal horrors and replaying the traumatic events of wartime deployments. Now joining the bill are singer-songwriter Chelsea Wolfe, Denver death metallers Blood Incantation (performing (Timewave Zero) Philadelphia heavy metal trio Sonja, Navajo Nation singer-songwriter, Sage Bond, and indigenous Wyoming songwriter Christian Wallowing Bull.
