This is not going to be a history lesson about the importance of Justin Broadrick, the band he came from, and his impact on industrial music. Decay (Relapse Records) is about the end rather than the beginning. Ten albums into this project’s career, you already know to some extent what to expect. Justin has stated this is the last Godflesh album due to health issues, and the intense nature of the music he makes might be taking its toll in his current state.
